Should an obvious pricing error occur after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing your order.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

An order is only accepted once payment has been received and you receive an Order Confirmation email.

Cirrus Healthcare reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order including where:

  • stock is unavailable;
  • payment cannot be verified;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • incorrect pricing has occurred;
  • delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

8. Payment

Payments are securely processed through our authorised payment service providers.

We do not store your banking or card details.

9. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Typical delivery:

  • Major centres: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays caused by:

  • couriers
  • weather
  • strikes
  • public holidays
  • force majeure

are beyond our control.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership transfers once payment has been received in full.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Products may be returned if:

  • incorrect products were supplied;
  • products arrive damaged;
  • products are defective;
  • products are faulty.

Products should be returned:

  • unused where possible;
  • in original packaging;
  • together with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless defective.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

11. Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, customers may exercise their statutory cooling-off rights for qualifying online purchases. These rights do not apply in all circumstances and are subject to the applicable legislation.

12. Promotions

Promotional offers:

  • are valid only while stocks last;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • may not be combined unless stated;
  • may be withdrawn at any time.

Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

13. Gift Cards

Where available:

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Gift cards expire as stated at purchase.

Cirrus Healthcare may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
