7. Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

An order is only accepted once payment has been received and you receive an Order Confirmation email.

Cirrus Healthcare reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order including where:

  • stock is unavailable;
  • payment cannot be verified;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • incorrect pricing has occurred;
  • delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

8. Payment

Payments are securely processed through our authorised payment service providers.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Delivery delays caused by:

  • strikes
  • public holidays

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership transfers once payment has been received in full.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Products may be returned if:

  • incorrect products were supplied;
  • products arrive damaged;
  • products are defective;
  • products are faulty.

Products should be returned:

  • unused where possible;
  • in original packaging;
  • together with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless defective.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

11. Cooling-Off Period
